Typical of what I expect from a Premier Inn: clean rooms and a good breakfast, whether you choose the continental or the full breakfast. Close to the Buchanan St shopping district and a big shopping mall if you're into shopping. Also close to the river vthe nice path foe walking or biking.

만족해요 Short haired young woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful but the other lady was very kind. When people are coming to a hotel it’s likely they are from out of town and may need more instruction as to where to go

Easy check in and check out and helpful front desk staff. Nice room and convenient location, walking distance to both the train and bus station. There was also a subway station, a grocery store and restaurants near by.

The breakfast was great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the downtown area. We had breakfast and dinner at hotel restaurant and both were amazing. Staff was helpful with any problems we might of had.
