Very helpful and friendly staff, well located. Comfortable.

Location was great, and the reason we enjoyed our stay. We had a premium room with a good view of the London eye and Big Ben. The “climate control” available is a very loose term, as it’s controlled and locked by the hotel to save energy. The rooms were not able to be cooled consistently, even when the front desk confirmed they would “keep the continuous fan running,” otherwise it kept auto shutting off completely in our room. We were surprised to come back after a hot day to find ours had turned back off, due to a “daily system reset,” resulting in a HOT room (again). The staff were kind about it but beyond frustrating. When the climate control did kick in, a strong unpleasant odor came from the vent (this happened both days). We weren’t told at check in that you need to tell the front desk about housekeeping servicing your room, so we came back to a hot room with no towels. The front desk provided us hand towels to use… thankfully it was our last night. Overall, great location and kind staff but would not recommend for summer travel as the temperature control/management is horrendous. We’ve stayed in countries and properties all over Europe and have never had an experience like this.

Good hotel

Room was clean as expected. All interactions with staff were positive and super helpful being our first trip to London. Location was amazing for our needs. The London Eye, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben were within easy walking distance.

We were lucky to get a corner room with amazing views of Big Ben and London eye. Room was very quiet. Bathroom was very small and shower pressure was very low. Did not have a fridge to keep drinks cold, although there was iced water in the main reception where you could fill a drink bottle. Great breakfast. Hotel was close to many London attractions ie London eye, Big Ben, Westminister Bridge. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is standard and the location was great

The staffs were friendly and nice. The room was clean. But not maintained too well. Light bulb was missing on one of the lamps, the curtain rod was loose and fell, there is no amenities (no shampoos or conditioners, no small face towels, no cups, etc) just the bare minimum. Just a body soap for everything. I liked the location.
