훌륭해요 The room was nice and it was really quiet. The staff were nice. I think they could allow guests to exit at all the stairs for more convenience as there is only one way to go out without setting off the alarm. For someone who is claustrophobic i prefer the stairs, they were just confusing to find the only stairwell that went to the lobby. Over all our stay was nice though.

만족해요 Parking was an absolute hassle. Would avoid until all construction is completed. Was told to park in Q lot. We apparently parked in the wrong Q lot. $55 charge. Not the easiest hotel to navigate if it’s your first time in Cork.

그저 그래요 Room was decent and clean and location was good. HOWEVER the check in process (cattle call, long, painful) was DREADFUL and the staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming (IF you could find someone…). Staff worked every position - checkin, barkeep and restaurant server. Very strange. And we didn’t know about the construction. The area felt very unsafe. Coming home at 11 pm, yabos lurking in alcoves and doorways. Overall a very “meh” experience and I won’t ever stay at a Premier Inn as a result.

훌륭해요 Parking is €11 if booked from reception. AI reception told me there was only an €11 discount so ended up paying €20 more. Room floor was badly stained and popcorn left under the bed.

그저 그래요 i have stayed at this hotel before and never had any issues the staff were always friendly and helpful unfortunately this stay was quite different i found the staff to be rude and ambivalent to any issues we had it was busy so unsure if the staff were overwhelmed but the hotel is centrally located a short walk away from the town centre which is great

그저 그래요 location is great just a 5 minute walk away from the city centre it was busy when we stayed so im assuming thats why the staff there were at times rude and unhelpful i have stayed here many a time and have never experienced this before so its a shame
