The resort is well appointed and staff were friendly and helpful. Would have liked the restaurant to have a wider range of food, but what we had was tasty and well presented.

Breakfast was excellent all round. Staff were great, more than ample choice of cereal, juices and hot food. Toaster was a bit slow!
Only disappointment of whole stay was the evening meal menu - could not buy a steak or a schnitzel! Limited choice - we didn't go back the second night. Up market fine dining not really our cup of tea! Some more basic options would have been better.

We were particularly impressed with the hotel staff, who were obviously very well trained in hospitality, and with the cleanliness of our room. The restaurant and breakfast food was good. Best of all was the twilight safari operated by Monarto Safari Park staff. Our biggest suggestion for improving the resort experience is that the car park is moved to the side of the hotel so that people with rooms facing the car park have something more attractive to see. We also suggest that walking tracks around the hotel are constructed. It’s a wonderful environment for walks.
