We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

New hotel with new rooms. Mercedes shuttle was immaculate but you have to call from the airport which is inconvenient if you don’t have a phone data plan for a 12hr layover… Bar menu is good. Breakfast eggs were cold/room temperature. It would have been a 5 stars if not for the shuttle inconvenience. Other hotels had their shuttles stop by automatically every 30mn without having to call.

We were super comfortable with this stay. It was clean comfortable with helpful staff. We enjoyed the bteakfast and the shuttle o the airport made life easier for us. The driver was also very helpful.

The hotel is new and nice. Airport shuttle is convenient. They have free breakfast which I only tried once in a 4 night stay. I can never wake up early enough for these
Upon check in, they screwed up my room. I had paid for a suite on a high floor (which costs more money) and they had me in a room on a low floor. They said they were fully booked and had no rooms on yhe top floor. After voicing my displeasure about this and questioning how this possible and what the point of booking a room a month in advance in, they gave me free dinner and put me in what they claimed was one of their nicest suites
The room they gave me was nice and spacious, but as per the booking, I wanted to be on a high floor
I took the free dinner and called it a day

One of the best hotels we stayed at. The Manager was amazing and the staff were friendly and polite. We stayed 19 nights and the rooms were clean with everything we needed.
