그저 그래요 Disappointing Management & Unmet Standards - Refund Promised but Delayed
The property failed to meet basic accommodation standards (specifically regarding cleanliness and persistent cigarette odors). Upon my immediate complaint, the owner explicitly promised a full refund in writing, and I checked out on the same day. However, the refund process via Expedia has been unnecessarily complicated. While the natural scenery in Dali is beautiful, the management here was a significant letdown.

매우 훌륭해요 I had the room on the 2nd floor with the view over the lake.
The room was clean and impeccable, I slept amazingly well, with no noise and a great bed.
The hotel is not in the old town of Dali, but in less than an hour drive you can reach all you want and you avoid the crowds.
