Staff was helpful. Room is good, comfy bed, but towels seemed a bit grungy. Area was quiet at night, so slept well. You have to ask for things constantly, no remote in room, then needed clean towels, then housekeeping skipped me, then no hot water 1 morning, no refresh on coffee pods & creamer, etc…

If we could give this place -1 stars we would. We stayed with 3 kids and 2 adults. It was only for one night since we were going to Universal the next day and wanted to avoid the morning traffic. The place looked like it had not been swept or cleaned in days. The sheets were stained with questionable colored stains and the floors were disgusting. We tiptoed and got out of there as soon as possible in the morning. Would 100% not recommend this place, it is gross.

The only thing i think they can improve is having an ice machine and our air unit it was making a funky noise but he rooms are clean and newly renovated. Super close to stores and Hollywood studios!

만족해요 The room was clean and included a mini fridge, which was a nice convenience. Parking is available, but there is an additional fee. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Universal, making it a convenient location for visitors. Overall, the property was nice, but the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, especially at night
