The room was clean, quiet stay. Good location. Do not expect a balcony, it can more likely qualify as a fire escape, through a 20 inch wide screen accordion door (there is actually no door for the street side room!).

Funky and newly renewed hotel in a quiet laneway. Small but poorly attention from staff.

This hotel is centrally located and convenient to many shop, markets and restaurants. The rooms are basic with very comfortable beds and equipped with everything you need for a short term stay including mini bar, and WIFi signal is good. The owner is very attentive and accommodating and gave good recommendations and suggestions. The lake is located a block away with beautiful views and a footpath that encircles it. It is very good value considering the location and proximity to the lake and central Da Lat. Highly recommended for short terms stay.

Situated a short walk from lots of shops, the lake and the market this hotel is in a great position. The staff are very helpful with good English language. Comfy beds, good shower, kettle, fridge and TV in room (netflix, amazon etc subscription required)

bad

This was a great location, and the day manager at the front desk was very helpful with travel arrangements and such. Also, they had a pretty cool coffee bar downstairs.

The location of this property is ideal and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. The day manager even helped me secure photos for my Cambodian Visa

We met the owner's mother who is very friendly and gave us free tea while waiting for our grab back to the airport. Both managers are also very friendly and helpful. They help us call the tour guide for our day trip and waited for the bus together with us. The place gives off homey and vintage vibes. no air-con is needed as the place is cooling. really had a comfortable and great stay. Thank you

The room was dirty. Some kind of splooge all over the wall above the bed, dust, and cobwebs on wall/ceiling.

We were lucky enough to have a lovely spacious room with 3 windows and balcony. Mike the manager went way beyond expectations to make our stay comfortable.Quirky interior.
