Dirty rooms, terrible customer service

Excellent staff. Clean rooms.

Pillows were not comfortable

This property is perfect for a one or two night stay downtown. While it isn't super nice, it has good underground parking, they have a breakfast area and do breakfasts. The lobby offers pamphlets on things to do around Great Falls and the rooms are nice enough you are comfortable. At least I always am and I have stayed here many times. AC worked great, bed was comfy, shower was clean and worked well. Provided toiletries which is nice.

Water was running in the room from the rain

The room and staff were good but the pool and pool area was very unkept as well as the breakfast or lack there of. We only had sausages to choose from and bagels. No eggs no pancakes. It was like there was no effort to even serve a continental breakfast. Normally you expect the coffee to bad but all of it! One good thing though..... it was clean.

Though the room was clean, there was no garbage can, the refrigerator cord was wrapped up and secured inside the back so it couldnt be used, the toilet was for elementary school children as short as it was to the floor, and the back door was missing a card entry, which wasn't fun to get back in. The elevator was broken, but the breakfast was sufficient and hot. It would be cool to include a tv channel guide as the one on the TV is inaccurate and when you push the number for the channel it shows, it's fuzzy and nothing. Good thing I could stream on my phone! There appears to be homeless people living there, which is no big deal, I suppose, but many doors were propped open with the door lock and people would slip inside without a key and disappear. It was an interesting stay.

Relaxing and enjoyable..

The staff was amazing. So kind! Loved that there was coffee 24/7 available. The breakfast was really good. Good walking distance to so many good pubs & stores. The room was massive. My one issue was, our bathtub was not cleaned when we got there. Didn’t bother us too much, but it definitely wasn’t cleaned. Everything else was so phenomenal about the staff & property I would not let 1 forgotten bathtub hold anyone back from booking here!
