客房空間還不錯，環境也很好，周圍有比較大的購物商場，大廳氣味可以，整體都可以的。

酒店地點鄰近地鐵站，有兩個大型商場，很多食肆，非常方便。
酒店早餐是自助餐形式，中西美食，選擇多元。
我們住了兩晚，兩晚都在酒店食晚飯，點了不同的菜，非常美味。如果住三晚，我們還是會選擇在這家中菜館，標霞食晚飯，也肯定可以選擇跟前兩晚不同的菜式，亦有信心同樣好吃。
特別想多謝酒店的職員們，除了為我們提供寶貴有用的旅遊意見和資料以外丶亦為我們預訂了我們想吃的蛋糕，預先放在我們房間內的冰箱，使我們可以在外出遊玩丶享受晚餐後丶還可以享受到美味的蛋糕。
下次再來蘇州丶酒店和晚飯地點丶不作他想！

Poor management. Not what you would expect from a top tier international hotel with a good reputation. If you were American or have American expectations, stay away. Staff okay under the circumstances.
To name one problem, the queue for breakfast extended from the cafe to the elevators. If there were a duty manager around, this would not be allowed to happen. This was all because there was only one girl who had to make sure that those in the queue were not scroungers.
If this is an establishment that allows scroungers to loiter in the lobby, I am not sure I would want to come here again.
