The staff were friendly and so helpful, the room was super clean, the pool was fantastic, and the grounds around the facility were kept clean. This is amazing value for the price you pay.

Staff were rude and unhelpful at the front desk when we booked in the day later than we were expected. Were were told at 7am that's we could not book in until 3pm. They're didn't check the booking first before saying this ,i had to tell them we were a day late.

Excellent value hotel. Very grand. They are reopening after the issues overhanging from covid.
The scenery is excellent.
The service from all staff is also outstanding.
As other reviewers have noted, there are some small things that could be improved upon, like some extra plug sockets in the rooms for modern convenience.
