I like the fact that you are truly away from city life despite living in the city. I like the surrounding area loads of trees and greenery. The staff are extremely helpful and nice no complains.

The family room was spacious and clean. Service was efficient and reliable though not particularly warm. The snacks cart adds a nice touch to the welcome area. Some parts of the corridor could get wet from the rain so kids and elderly have to exercise greater caution. Overall, it was still a nice stay, especially after visiting the Night Safari.

Clean and well equipped. Good for families with children as the zoo and other attractions are near. Good variety st breakfast

We absolutely loved it and highly recommend this hotel! Truly exceptional service, unbelievable breakfast, gorgeous room with bunk bed for the kids and a super comfortable king-size bed. The atmosphere is both magical and relaxing, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

This hotel is not too old but bed sheet had three holes, I thought this is a higher end brand. The parking lot to the hotel was a disaster up and down the elevator. Imagine you drag your lugguage and they refuse to let you check in until close to 3 pm. What a resort. The breakfast food was bland tasting and mostly carb heavy. The pool was on top of the roof where the exhaust is also releasing fumes I could smell garlic and all kinds of other smells. Random single rose petal on floor. Zero collaboration with the 5-6 parks which are the main attractions for the area. On the way leaving we saw they had trays of welcome plates which we didnt get. Low floor during low season for Hotel com guests. Details matter.

A truly unique place in a crowded place like Singapore. This is a family friendly place.

Was only able to check in the room after 5pm. Room was nicely decorated, but abit dusty. We were sneezing non stop when step into the room. Could not sleep the whole night due to the machine/aircon sound.. don’t bother about the buffet breakfast. Super long queue to get a table, followed by another queue at the egg station. Room aircon can only get to 23degree. Singapore is so hot and humid.. is not cooling enough.

This place was amazing and at fun to listen to the animals.
