Bit outside the hustle of Venice, but an easy water bus ride in to the sights. 100%would stay here again, just requires slightly more planning and time to wander the streets/bridges/canals of that beautiful city.

It's clean. Staff was not good. Very unfriendly/rude. We all had breakfast included 30 people but would not allow us to take anything from the buffet as we had an early morning train although they were open . Again front desk staff rude

A wonderful place to stay. Located close to the water bus stop. It took about 20 - 30 mins to get to sights in am Venice but great views along the way. I personally liked not being in the center of Venice
