매우 훌륭해요 El hotel nos encantó, excelente atención, todo muy limpio y la verdad que pasamos un fin de semana espectacular. Para los niños es maravillosos pues hay bastante diversión para ellos no solo en el parque acuático, también el personal de animación infantil. La comida también estuvo buena. Recomiendo mucho este hotel sobre todo si tiene niños. Muy entretenido y divertido.

매우 훌륭해요 We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for families with kids. Everything was great from the moment we arrived. Our kids absolutely loved the gaming room and the interactive Magic Swan game throughout the lobby and play areas it kept them entertained for hours.
We also rented the cabanas for two days in a row, and they were a great way to relax and enjoy the pool. The only downside was on the second day when the female server took over 30 minutes to come after we called to order food. I eventually had to go find her myself just to place our order. Aside from that experience, the service and overall stay were excellent.
The only other things we noticed were that there was no gym on the property and no safe in the room, which would have been nice amenities to have.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel for families. The amenities, activities, and atmosphere made it a memorable vacation, and we highly recommend it.
