this stay is very small but in a very good location in Jagalchi area. a bit hard to find the entrance as there were no signage and clear instruction from agent. it is very convenient access to nearby or by train. We refer to the photo in the booking page which having seaview, but after checked in, we were told that the photo posted is general, not applicable to the type of room we book. We browse for so many stay to find a stay with seaview, end up so disappointed. wasted my 2 hours to liaise with the property agent and hotels.com agent. ends up only give me SGD25 as token and want me to use their website again, not attractive. if you want a nice location and do not require seaview. this stay is good.

We had an unusual experience in March 2026. When we arrived, the building housed hotel rooms from several hotels and we had trouble getting help from our hotel staff because our "no-contact" check-in information never arrived and there was no reception desk. A very apologetic and borderline panicked woman came to help eventually, and she realized she assigned us a room for the wrong dates and so we had to stay in two different rooms for the two nights we were there (we reserved Fri-Sun, and she put us down for Sat-Mon). It took about an hour to get checked in, and she gave us multiple new, full-size tubes of toothpaste that I think were her personal items as an apology. The rooms were tight but as pictured and described. The value was fine, except for the mix-ups that cost us time and stress. The long, confusing check-in and having to move rooms on my daughter's birthday trip was very inconvenient.

This is the only place I would stay when I visit next time

The room was clean, located on an undesirable alley, your view was not ocean water as it seems on the picture, there was no lobby, no staff, just a security guard, and it was a building with different hotel companies occupying the same building. The company text you with your room number and the combination code to get into the room when it was close to your check-in time. If, you arrive early, you given a room number and combination code to cleaning supply room to store your luggage until check-in.

Host is very understanding. The location is close to everything. The place was clean and has a full kitchen with utensils if needed. Highly recommended.

Modern property, great for 2 people only. We couldn’t open the closet doors fully with 2 beds in the room. The floor and closet shelves were dusty. Location was great!

Exceptional view of the harbor. Appears to be a brand new facility. Everything in the room looked new. They provide 1st class scented soap, conditioner, lotion and plenty of towels. Security guard in the lobby. Crazy busy street food right downstairs. A few blocks from upscale shopping streets and Lotte department store by Jagalchi Market. Only minus is it goes by other names so Google and Kakao maps have trouble finding it. Once we figured that out it was fine. 1 block from subway and many bus lines. AAAA
