Website states walking distance to a beach. It is not a real beach at Sunset town, quite a distance to the Kiss of the Sea show. There are escalators but still need to walk 10-15 minutes. Kitchen appliances and amenities are different between rooms. It would be nice to have simple operating instructions on washing machine. Also basic TV channels and/or Netflix subscriptions would be greatly appreciated. Only 3 sunbeds by the pool on rooftop. It would be nice even if folding tables and chairs are avaliable. 20th floor has a smell from the humidity. No one actually at the reception desk, while towels can be replaced in between cleaning days, they only got delivered a couple hours after requesting. The hotel shuttle/vehicle is nice and comfortable. There is a dining room on ground floor but there is no garbage cans available. Based on website one thought there is an ATM or currency exchange on premise but it was actually at a store across the street. Overall the room is clean but have to check the utensils in kitchen cabinets they are not always cleaned by previous occupants.

I researched many hotels in the area before finally choosing this place for our family trip to Phu Quoc, and it truly turned out to be the right decision. Everything was wonderful. It seems to be the best hotel in both price range and location within the area.

A truly relaxing stay at Luna Sol Apartment The apartment was very clean, airy, and comfortable. I really loved the peaceful atmosphere - perfect for resting and relaxing after a long day exploring Phu Quoc. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to travel around the island and visit nearby attractions. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. When we arrived, the hotel only had chopsticks and spoons, which are common Vietnamese dining utensils. However, we are only used to using knives and forks, so we mentioned this to the receptionist. To our surprise, they immediately went out to buy them for us and even added them to the hotel’s dining equipment afterward. Their hospitality truly made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a wonderful place to stay if you want comfort, peace, and excellent service in Phu Quoc!

Bed was hard, Hot water not overly hot and room not overly clean. The balcony had an amazing view especially for the fireworks, but was dirty and had old cigarette butts in the ashtray. No Safe in the room.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and with a great view of the nightly fireworks display. Good location to the cable car and sunset/evening shows. We found it frustrating that there is no manned reception or concierge with this property. Everything is done via What's app. If you are using only wifi, then you have limited coverage once you are away from the room as Wifi does not work once you leave the room. The TV is set up that you have to use your phone to watch anything. Unlike most accommodation places where there is CNN or BBC for example, there is none of this. The pool is on the 20th floor and has an amazing view over the area however there are only 3 sun loungers and no shade so not ideal for spending too much time relaxing by the pool.

We watched fireworks from our room every night and it was amazing

Clean room, not too many interactions with staff, infiniity pool is nice but only 3 chairs!! I was there 5 nights but only had towels changed once. Apartment style, not a hotel room. Laundry is nice to have. Small kitchen. No food available in building. Sunset Town is more like strange town Fireworks every night twice! Hard to find good restaurants.
