매우 훌륭해요 The staff was amazing, great communication on WhatsApp. Always responded quickly and was very helpful with instructions and directions. Room had lots of space, well equipped and very clean.

The location isn't great, more than 10 mins from the subway. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom after even the shortest shower. There was not enough hot water for us all to shower and when these issues were raised the response was to not use both showers at the same time. Plus there was black mould in the main bedroom.
Also, the room was not as advertised. The second bedroom was a single, not a queen, which meant that one couple was forced to use the sofa bed the whole weekend - meaning that the living area was out of use.
Hugely disappointing place to say, not as advertised, terrible amenities and appaling customer service. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place and I am completely baffled by the positive reviews given our experience.

매우 훌륭해요 Wonderful apartment, fully equipped kitchen. Daily housekeeping keeping the place spotless or happy to leave you alone. Reception staff on call 24/7 and super helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely book again. Great area for access to trams, metro and bus links to city centre.

Apartment is clean and stocked with everything you need. Our checking was fast and easy. May, the front desk associate, took us into our apartment and showed us how to work the washer/dryer, room temp controls, the front door lock. May also gave us pointers on using the public transit system, where to buy groceries, yummy places to eat, and so much more. Great stay!

We stayed at the apartment in Milan and overall had a great experience. The apartment is not in the city center, but it’s very easy to reach downtown by public transport. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were quite basic (simple towels, toilet paper, etc.), and breakfast was more like supermarket products rather than a real hotel breakfast. However, every extra request we had was quickly accommodated, which was excellent. Overall, I would recommend this place to travelers looking for a convenient and reasonably priced stay in Milan, as long as you don’t expect luxury hotel standards.
