Unprofessional Management & Vehicle Damage – Zero Accountability We stayed at Clarks Inn, Dehradun, from 13th–14th June, and our experience ended in complete disappointment. During checkout, we discovered that the hotel staff had scratched our brand-new car against a wall. When we hand your keys over to valet/hotel staff, the hotel takes on the responsibility for its safety at the time of checkout but they bang it on the wall. Unfortunately, the management here lacks basic competency and professionalism to handle this . Knowing that we have left Dehradun for work commitments, the management has completely ghosted us. They are ignoring emails and only sending generic "we will get back to you" replies on WhatsApp. This could have been easily resolved, but the management's avoidant and unprofessional attitude proves they do not care about customer service or taking responsibility for damages caused by their own staff. Valet -staff has damage the car and if you tell your concern they will show rules and regulation of vehicle policy. Think twice before trusting this Hotel with your vehicle.

Excellent hotel. Clean and large rooms. European standard like a proper hotel. Location on main road but no noise in our room. They have a conference/event hall where events happen so some nose when event is on but stops by bed time. Easy to get cab oor walk over bus.
