Great location and a beautiful property with all the amenities. However, it would have been even better if complimentary drinking water and tea bags were provided.

The check-in process was good. I appreciated the assistance given me by Wendy to move my luggage from one suite to the next. The room was clean and well equipped.
However, even though the listing stated that transportation would be provided (to/from) the airport, when I inquired, there was no response. I was told the television services would be activated - they never were.
This suite was the third one in which I stayed, and in comparison to the others, it was ok - primarily because of the lack of communication from the owners. Many messages sent to the owners were just ignored.

The apartment is new, clean, and well kept. The location is perfect. Near Accra Mall and bus stations. There is free parking, free Wi-Fi and other amenities in the room.
BUT customer service is VERY POOR.
We waited for about 1.5 hours before we could check in. The front desk staff told us that the apartments are individually owned, so they can't help us unless we give the room number (which wasn’t communicated to us on the booking site).
After several calls to the owner, they finally were able to locate the room number, but we had to wait again for the room to be cleaned.
We booked a room with 2 queen beds but were given a room with one bed. We have kids so it was not convenient. And of course the staff did not know anything about the bookings. We did not want another headache so we did not complain.
We liked the place for it's Cleanliness and position but because of the poor customer service I don't think we will recommend, because after a long journey or flight, the last thing we want is to be stressed out with a check in...

Checking in was hell. We didn’t get access to our room until 1.5h after check in time. The owner was unreachable.
