Great place to stay

GOOD

good location! I stayed 2 nights in a 8-shared female room. it's fresh and has comfortable air conditioning. Every bed has one locker with lock. fits a backpack. Washroom is clean and good size. reasonable price.

This property was very clean and cozy. The staff was very helpful and you can get to anywhere in the city from here with the bus stop and MRT station nearby. All super convenient to use and was the easiest trip coming from beginner travelers. Despite being in more of the night life area it was very quiet in our room on the 6th floor. There’s also capsules here which we did not use and cannot attest to but the rooms are perfect for couples. We really enjoyed our stay.

Solo travel for one night, arrived really early because of flight time and was able to leave my luggage and go out for the day. Check in through a tablet on the desk but was helped by a member of staff. The room was female only and had 8 beds I think, the pods were private and comfortable with black out blind and I booked one with a window which was nice. Location was great, easy access to everywhere. Only gripe was that the bathroom was untidy, there were clothes and socks around and in the showers toothbrushes and washing stuff leaving little room to put my things for the shower. The girls were nice but it was not a social experience, everyone private which totally understand and okay with me. But not a party or social hostel from my experience. Had a v good sleep in quiet room. Would recommend just would have been better if no stuff laying around.

Capsule room is very comfortable, though i got the lower deck so is much more convenient getting in and out. Bed and toilet very clean. No breakfast provided, just some drinks and biscuits available at their common area. Would love to go back again!

Overall, Kinn Habitat was good for a short stay in Singapore. It gets the job done and is a safe stay with convenient location, but I wanted to highlight where they can improve. The biggest downside to staying here, was the wet, humid smell inside of the rooms. They don't really have anywhere ideal to hang up your towel that it can dry properly so the rooms get that humid smell and feel. Please invest in dehumidifiers in the rooms. The next thing that was an inconvenience was the restrooms were uncomfortably hot as they leave the windows open to air them out, and they don't have any shelving to place your clean clothes/towel on. The restrooms were overall clean, but these simple upgrades would make a big difference. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and responsive, the lobby has a great coffee shop available, and the common area on the 5th flr was very nice with snacks and tea in the morning. 4/5 stars, thank you for an overall good stay in Singapore.

Neat and tidy room good for a short stay and the price point. I like that the lock is by digital pass code. Fifth floor is a common area to fill your water, chill, do laundry. Some odd choices that makes your stay a bit inconvenient compared to other hotels: no outlets in the bathroom for a hair dryer, no conditioner provided, no mirrors in the bedroom, water bottles that are not filled - you can fill at the fifth floor yourself, no closet but there's a clothesline with hangers by your bed.

Central location lovely staff

There were plenty of great food options nearby, a shopping mall close by, and very easy access to the main attractions.
