Apartment was extremely clean, check in was easy and straightforward, great location having the main train station and tram within a few minutes walk. Only a few things that could make it better, a hand towel in the bathroom and some extra small towels for hair washing etc, some dishwasher tablets for washing dishes

This was the perfect accommodation for our short stay to Zurich, not far from the city (c 25min walk or lots of public transport nearby). Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and felt safe. We cooked in the apartment each evening and had enough crockery, utensils etc to prepare food.

매우 훌륭해요 Very nice and spacious apartment, well stocked with all essentials. Courteous and prompt customer service, from a smooth check-in process to a seamless checkout. Appreciated the kitchen amenities including the washing machine. Good location as well.

We were there less than 24 hours. Traveled from US slept there and left in the morning. There was a hole in the door when we arrived. We were charged for the hole in the door when we clearly did not create the damage. There was trash left in the apartment when we checked in and was not cleaned properly. Stay away from these thieves.

This place was perfect for our family. It is on the 4th floor with no elevator, but it wasn't bad. The public transportation was so close, and the area was great. We enjoyed our stay! We especially appreciated the washer/dryer.

3 adults traveling - we had a day long tour already planned. We were able to coordinate to have our luggage stored and check in on line. Good communication with the apartment coordinator. The apartment was lovely and we found a few restaurant gems to have dinner and breakfast! Thank you, Anne
