Everything about this property was amazing! This was a last-minute booking made under stressful circumstances, and it immediately gave me peace of mind. After leaving another property early in the morning, I arrived around 9AM and was warmly welcomed by Flower and her staff. Although I knew it was much earlier than the standard check-in time and didn’t expect my room to be ready, they went above and beyond by allowing us to enjoy breakfast at no charge while we waited. What truly made our stay exceptional was the level of care and hospitality Flower provided. She exchanged WhatsApp contact information with us and checked in every day to make sure our needs were being met and that we were enjoying our stay. She made herself available whenever we had questions and genuinely cared about our experience. Flower also allowed us to send our dinner orders directly to her through WhatsApp so she could ensure everything was delivered correctly. On one occasion, she even personally helped deliver our dinner. It was those thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the service exceeded all expectations. What started as a last-minute booking turned into one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

I absolutely loved this accommodation. Because of where it’s located at despite being in the city, you have views of the farms from the balcony. All these forms in the area give the air a real aromatic sent. Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and great staff.

Very nice place

Room was clean, breakfast served fresh above all staffs were very helpful specially Flower in the reception was a superstar! We were so thankful for her care and thoughtfulness.

Nice hotel outside of the congestion of Hanoi. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Beautiful pool and rooftop bar/restaurant. Good included breakfast and overall good value though taxi or Grab needed to get around. Its a trade-off of quiet space vs noise and traffic all around.

We had a fantastic 1-week stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel! The suite was absolutely splendid with a pretty balcony and lavish bathtub - my kid especially loved the projector setup which made us feel like we had our own home theatre. The hotel’s peaceful location, away from the city’s hustle, made for a truly relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. A special mention to our receptionist Flower, who went out of her way to help us with tour bookings and was so kind to show us around Hanoi’s Old Town. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. 🙃

Bare in mind this property in not rural area i mean like rice fields is basically located in the outskirts of the city with local people living near by. Is noisy for sure with animals, motorcycle and local people people speaking. You can hear all the loud nosies first thing in early morning. The glass doors definitely not nosies insulated. Nosies was the biggest problems for me. Also as this property is located far from main centre, if you book a tour they wont pick you up from this hotel as its out the pickup zone.. Stay around old quarters in my opinion

Many good thing as about this hotel. The staff are the best from anywhere we have stayed in southeast asia. Specially Flower and Jasmine. There were plenty of sitting areas. The pool looked good but it waa too cold to use. We arrived late and the kitchen waa closed but the cook offered to make pizza for us. The grab was very cheap to old town.
