만족해요 The best thing was that it is right outside the Vatican and close to restaurants and shopping. Expedia says breakfast included, it wasn’t. Not enough hot water pressure in the faucet and took too long to get the hot water. Dated furniture.
The manager, Cynthia was very helpful and speaks very good English.
No front desk.

Perfect location if you are visiting the Vatican. Clean, quiet, great restaurants around! Gelato place next door is amazing. Walkable to Vatican museums and the Vatican. Cynthia was great!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay for two nights with Cynthia's host, she is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect just a few minutes walk from subway station and Vatican city, which is a great advantage especially in hot summer!

A lovely guesthouse directly opposite the Vatican wall. The photo of the Dome was taken from our room. Hosts were particularly helpful.
The gelato shop next door must be the best in Rome as people were queued up at all hours of the day, i haven't seen anything like it elsewhere, the choices were different & flavoursome.

We enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse! Cynthia and her lovely family were super as expected from other Reviews! We enjoyed the convenience of its location and the amazing spread of breakfast, for sure will miss that!! Until next year.

Excellent location , great host. Walking distance from vatican, metro. Lots of restaurants around property. Host was extremely helpful with check-in and also was kind to provide a taxi for us to the airport.

Large room to accommodate a family and a large bathroom. Water pump makes a very loud noise but the water pressure is excellent. Hosts were very helpful. Excellent location.
