The room was not clean. Hair in bath and fingernails on bed. Rang for two days and no answer as the tv was not working

Good place that could be better. Poor selection of wine glasses and mugs. Shampoo ran out. Wifi details weren't provided to us and password had to be double checked as a full stop at the end was part of it. Got locked out of our apartment one evening after dinner. No balcony as per photo. No hair dryer but one was supplied on request. Good points were the bed, spaciousness, close to Epworth hospital and lots of eating places, easy access to tram. Fix the minor faults and it would be excellent.

The room was better than expected For the price I was expecting a small motel room but was pleasantly surprised it was more an apartment with loads of ammenities even a washing machine and dryer Definitely a return customer Thanks

Close to public transport. Good location. Homely environment.

After booking this accommodation I read a number of very ordinary reviews so approached my stay here with a little trepidation. I am very pleased to say that I could not be more impressed with both the accommodations and the assistance I received from the staff who were helpful, polite and more importantly proactive about ensuring my stay was as good as it could be. I will be coming back in the very near future. Well done to the team at Richmond Central and Arcarda.

I was really disappointed when we arrived at 1.10 pm and there was no possibility of an early check in, due to being at lunch. Came back at 2 pm and still had to ring back as the office was unattended. Not even checking the car in early. Then the tv was ancient and couldn’t stream to watch AFL. No spare blanket in the cupboard and it was a chilly night. It was cheap enough and they did give complimentary parking.

Black mould all over the shower

The location was great for me, very convenient. I arrived after hours and there was a little mix up with my key card to get into my room. It was rectified quite quickly which I appreciated. The apartment itself had everything I needed. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen facilities were great. Very comfortable bed. I would stay here again. Great proximity to rail and tram.

The front desk person was polite and helpful. The property is in dire condition and needs to have a formalised review conducted. The first room I was allocated could not be used as the fridge door did not close and there was water on the floor. Review of the fridge showed that this was a long standing issue (ice build up preventing door closure). I was flumoxed as to why housekeeping would not action this. I was moved to a second room. Filthy shower grout. Tiles in both kitchen area and bathroom significantly stained and needed significant cleaning. Drapes in main room off track and which created privacy concerns. Walls and doors throughout significantly scuffed/marked and requiring a thorough scrub. I will never return as the place is obviously not managed well and with housekeeping exceedingly poor.
