Hi , Ni Hao. The hotel was so clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and maintained well with the staff .There is an outside pool that looks beautiful from the top as it is a heart shaped . Although , I did not managed to use it as we only had a limited time .. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The staff that we met with my daughter in the reception from day one till we checked out had loads of patience. 😊😊😊😊😊Every time I go and ask for questions they are really helpful in translating it to English from Chinese . They both wears a smile and willing to help .The shuttle is free going to Disneyland Shanghai.( only around 18 minutes from this hotel) There are options in the buffet breakfast , so you can choose what you want . I hope I took a photo with the two staff that accommodated as when we arrived so I can ask for their names .They are pretty , always wears a smile and are willing to help . I have left the Teddy Stuff toy in the room and is waiting for it to get arranged and shipped. I will recommend it for travellers whether for group of friends, single , couple or family groups .So , if you visit Shanghai -do book here. Lizel Ibanez -United Kingdom

Hotel was fantastic, nicely themed rooms and so helpful. Great services, free shuttles to Disneyland and airport transfer. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels everyday. Very quiet. The hotel is off a main road were there are lots of local restaurants and supermarkets.

Friendly staff and clean

Проживали тут с детьми отель хороший есть бесплатные трансферы

Hotel provides free transfer service to disneyland. Hotel room is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious. Staff was helpful

I didn't get any shuttle service to bring me to the shopping mall, breakfast not nice and didn't get to have any facilities in the hotel. Swimming pool looks yellowish.

The staff are super friendly & helpful.

So anyone that was looking to stay close to Disney Shanghai without staying on Disney property, this place is perfect. With free transfers to and from the park, and a delicious Chinese breakfast to start the day it was great. I stayed in a mezzanine style room and it was lovely. The TV is complicated to understand and I needed to use a translator app. The staff all use translator apps to chat with but it’s fine. It was hard to find as the name of the hotel is purely Chinese on the building. Get some clear directions from the hotel if you are staying there first in Chinese as my Taxi from the airport got lost.

good service
