Petit mais cocooning, très calme. à deux pas du métro donc très appréciable. Quartier ok !

Très bien situé dans un quartier calme à proximité des commerces et métro. Appartement au RDC dans une cœur intérieure au calme exceptionnel en plein centre de Paris. Très belle salle d'eau avec grande douche. Les points négatifs : pièce principale étroite et peu lumineuse; rideaux cassés impossible à ouvrir; canapé sale et cassé ; dysfonctionnement de la wifi donc impossible de regarder la télévision.

The place was quite a bit smaller than we anticipated. That is certainly fine, but we had some other frustrations. The couch was clearly white at some point, but was dirty and grungy. We had difficulty with the air conditioner, as it was not marked and we confused for the heater. This could be an American vs. European thing, but because we were not familiar with the unit, it required some communication back and forth. Communication was good and our questions were promptly answered. We do recommend this be marked more clearly for future guests. The most frustrating thing was the hot water for the shower. It was impossible to regulate and started off scalding hot and then went cold - no moderation whatsoever, making the shower a very unpleasant experience.

Hôte réactif et agréable. L’appartement est très calme dans une cour intérieure à 2 mn du métro et très bien aménagé. Je le recommande !

Localização impecável. Mercado, farmácia, padaria e restaurantes na mesma calçada. Estação de metrô a pouquíssimos metros. Muitíssimo aconchegante. Muito bem equipado.
