The description for this hotel indicated that the room was big enough for 4 people but when we arrived we were surprised to know that only two people were allowed per room. They did not have any rooms available. So at 10pm at night we were looking for another room nearby. Additionally when we were doing laundry, a Karen went to ask a staff member to remove our wet laundry from the dryer because she wanted to use it which they complied to. It made me angry that they would let her bully them into inconveniencing us yet no one wanted to be helpful to us. It was a terrible experience since we arrived. I will not be returning to this hotel.

This was a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was small as per usual for Tokyo but it had everything we wanted. All the free amenities in reception were brilliant. It was quiet and comfortable and the station was right outside the hotel. There were plenty of options for food including a 7-Eleven next door, a supermarket, plenty of restaurants and a short walk to a couple of malls. It was a great location for easily visiting Disney and the sights of Tokyo.

It was a great place to stay. It was a little far from everywhere we wanted to go but conveniently the subway was on the corner

Great location to train. Fresh towels every day. Restaurant in hotel. Staff helpful.

Everything was excellent and when I miss placed my sunglasses the front desk helped me find them.

Room was small but has literally everything you need. Hotel was clean and the metro is directly across the street!

Hotel was clean and modern, but rooms were very small even for Tokyo standards. Located in area far from any touristic spot or landmark, even Disney Resort. Barely staff available and lack of amenities including a restaurant. Rooms were very hot as well, with poor AC. They did not clean our room even staying for 3 nights. Ok for 1 night I guess, but not for spending more time.

The facility was clean and breakfast was good. But the hotel staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all, they could not give me directions and would not help to get a taxi either. Will never be staying there again.
