Good buffet breakfast, 1 minute away from metro station and tram station, lots of food options nearby

The hotel was very good and clean. The staff were all kind and helpful, especially Brother Othman, Brother Amin, and Brother Arkan. You were all wonderful. I recommend everyone book this amazing thanks.

The hotel looks newly refurbished, very clean, comfy bed, good shower. Good night sleep. Good value for money. Breakfast would benefit with more varieties. Thank you.

Hotel itself was great, just the window does not open fully. There is a balcony with a chair, but unable to access it, due to the poor construction of the window. Breakfast was not good, so I went outside for it. Near tram stop, and metro station, newr tourist sites. The trams are always full, all the time, no matter what time you go.I stayed out from the hotel, so I emjoyed my stay, not a bad hotel, just need to imprbreakfast.

There is a balcony, but unable to open the door, its an odd window that only fapes open at the top, strange as a chair is placed at the balcony, did not bother to adk about it, as was out all the time. The tram, metro stops not dar away, loads of eating places nearby, and shopping for clothes is easily accessible. The reception staff were helpful though.

Reception staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast lady was nice. The breakfast need more items, same everyday was boring. The room itself was good and comfortable. Bathroom needs more lights, no light by the sink was almost dark. Convenient location but the front rooms were very noisy from the food places downstairs.

The location is good it is near Metro,bus and Train and a lot of shopping around. If you are looking for cheap hotel but decent this is good. The street seems bit poor but as soon as you get out to Main Street it is very different. Locals are friendly just conducting their own business. Cleaning ladies very so nice. Breakfast is decent as well. Its not huge spread since place is small but there is enough options. The pictures show rooms to be much bigger then they are but again they are doesn't size. Overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel and they also arranged transport from and to airport you just have to contact them and pay extra.
