I had a wonderful day at the hotel. Every expectation that I had was surpassed. Highly pleasant staff, beautiful room, city view, and an excellent free buffet. I would certainly stay here again.

Clean room, excellent breakfast (fruit bar, salad bar, 8 different western and Khmer foods in chafing dishes, omelet to order, soup to order, a variety of bread, cappuccino machine, etc), good air conditioning, hot shower, great WiFi, nice view of the city, and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Would’ve like some shade on the roof deck pool area, but otherwise, great.

Pros: - The staff were very friendly and welcoming. - The location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven, a gas-station convenience store, and Pizza Hut nearby. - Basic amenities were well prepared. - I could relax and smoke on the balcony, which was very nice. Cons: - I stayed in a corner room on the 7th floor, and even with the windows closed, the noise from the street sounded as if the window was open. - The doors of the toilet and shower room did not close properly. - I found a few small insects in the toilet and shower area, but I didn’t experience any itching while sleeping, and I didn’t see insects in other parts of the room.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was perfect, the view and the pool were gorgeous, but above all, the service was the best experience I've ever had at a hotel!!! Everyone was SO helpful, polite, and friendly! There's an employee I want to especially thank: Steven from the front desk. He went out of his way to help us make a bus reservation for the next leg of our trip and we couldn't have done it without him! Give him a raise!!! I love this hotel and its staff and hope to come back soon!!!

This is a fine hotel. The price is very affordable and it's close to the center of PP. The lighting in my room left much to be desired, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is fine but not amazing. The service is fantastic with very helpful staff. Overall, it's a decent inexpensive hotel in a convenient location to go downtown. But it's nothing to write home to Mom about.

Information on Expedia booking is Incorrect. No kitchen, refrigerator and microwave in the deluxe double room . I paid extra for this which the hotel says isn’t available. Very disappointed with my 7 days stay to say the least.
