Super friendly staff were a stand out along with boutique hotel and 5 to 10 minute walk to some great restaurants with outstanding food, we loved our stay and will be back again to enjoy the experience again

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Vanessa Boutique Hotel. The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated, with a really relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. We loved the breakfasts each morning, especially the salted coffees, and the indoor pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after the beach. The location near An Bang Beach is chilled and close to great restaurants and beach clubs like The DeckHouse and Shore Club. It’s only a short Grab ride to Hoi An Old Town and is also convenient for visiting Da Nang and day trips such as Ba Na Hills. We’d highly recommend staying here, especially for couples.

The staff at the reception desk is excellent with warm welcome and good consulting services. The staff at the restaurant is also excellent with their attentive services.

We’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, this was one of the best service we’ve ever received! All our expectations have been exceeded by this hotel. If I could give 10 stars - I would.
