Place was tiny & smelled like smoke. AC didn’t work. Slanted ceiling & shower so small you have to crouch down. Left early.

Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering what I paid per night for that room, where we expected a much higher level of service and overall quality. The check-in process was confusing, disorganized, and frustrating, with little to no direction on how to access the room. Communication was completely nonexistent. We sent multiple messages before and during our stay asking basic questions and never received a single response. This became even more frustrating when we tried to understand the check-out process. Since we had an early morning flight, we needed to know where to leave the room keys, but again, no reply. We ultimately had to leave the keys in the room and hope for the best. The room itself was just as underwhelming. The furniture was cheap, and uncomfortable, well below even bargain-level quality. The space was located directly under a pitched roof, making nearly half the room unusable unless you were crouching. The roof windows didn’t close properly, which would have been a major issue if it had rained. On top of that, there was a strong sewage smell throughout the room, forcing us to keep the windows open the entire time. Overall, the lack of communication, poor room conditions, and basic maintenance issues made this an unacceptable experience for the price. I would not stay here again and would strongly caution others before booking.

Could hardly sleep for the smell. It was not an enjoyable stay.

Great option for the money.

Wifi needs to be upgraded...it was very weak.There was a taxi strike. We had to wait taxi line more than an hour. We had to change the plan.. Took a M3 metro. little late. We ended up paying extra 50 Euro. I never paid extra charge for late checking. I complained Expedia help center. No response.. Very dispointed hotel as well Expedia..

Thebroom was fantastic. Comfortable and roomy and 1 block from centrale, where you want to be. The only issue which is not important because it was only for sleep, but the room has no windows. Still totallyvworth it. Comfort and close. Make sure you have a contact number. It can be hard to find the first time.

If location is your first priority and just looking for a place to sleep, this place might works great for you. It is close to metro station entrance to M1 and M3. Walking distance to Duomo. However, if you are looking for comfort and tidiness of a hotel to stay while exploring the city, this might not be the best option. This unit is at the attic level which doesn’t have elevator directly to the floor. Will need to carry luggage up to the stairs. Although it has kitchen, it is very minimal, the kitchen ware are not well maintained. Shower’s floor and curtain is moldy.

The attic is in a good location, but that’s about it. The property is poorly maintained and the décor is below standard. Cleanliness was acceptable, but nothing more. At the end of my stay, I informed the owner that I was about to check out. I sent a message asking if I could leave my bags somewhere, but received no reply. I also tried calling, but he didn’t bother to answer. Thankfully, it was just a one-night stopover.

This hotel is located in the best place of Duomo, Milan.
