The staff at this hotel are exceptional; I've never encountered such helpful service during my travels through over 30 countries. They go above and beyond to assist. When I booked a car and the driver was delayed, the staff quickly ordered another one through their phone and guided the driver exactly where to go. Despite being a little late for our intercity train, their support was outstanding—they even texted me to confirm I boarded the train. I didn’t miss it. That’s how caring they are. They are truly some of the best staff in the world.😍😍

매우 훌륭해요 The hotel and rooms are great.
The infinity pool overlooking the Indian ocean is a sight to behold.
We had dinner and breakfast buffets at the Quizine and the food was very flavourful and lots of variety.

The room was clean and well-maintained. However, the fridge in the room was not cold enough. The service was good overall, but for a suite, it did not feel like good value for money.

The room was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive aspect of the stay. However, the in-room dining service needs significant improvement. Food delivery to the room took a long time, and used cutlery and dishes that were left outside for collection were not cleared for over 11 hours, despite being requested.
Breakfast was good and offered a decent variety. However, overall, the experience did not justify the price paid, and I do not feel it was good value for money.
