The property is clean and convenient location… the restaurants nearby are decent and popular. We were very happy and will come back. The balcony with chairs and table outside is a plus. I love it!

Spotless. Attentive and friendly staff. Lovely terrace. Enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing!!

Our suite was very roomy and comfortable. As expected in Europe elevators are old and very cozy but work fine. We were pretty central to get to see the Duomo and the rest of the city. Special thanks to Irina who was very attentive to ensure our stay way good. She is a very kind person who works very hard. Vera was also extremely helpful ensuring we had a taxi to get us to the train station on time thank you!!!

Good customer service and nice rooms with great view.

The host was very helpful, the breakfast was delivered daily by darling Elena who couldn't be sweeter. Nice terrace view of the countryside and city.

good place to stay, 30 minutes walk to the center

Odd check in process but the staff were great. The rooms are very clean, as shown in the photographs, and the views of the city are lovely.

Lovely apartment with friendly staff and amazing views. Check in could’ve been improved but it was worth the wait. Would definitely recommend and book again.

I would not recommend staying at this property. Positive I would say about it was we did like our room. For starters there is no welcome desk to assist you with your stay In Florence. The directions do not give you enough information when you arrive to the facility. You will arrive and there is a locked gate with a very small sign on it that says Lorna suites. Once you buzz the gate and it opens you walk into a dark stairwell not knowing where you’re supposed to even go. This building has residents who live in it. The top two floors are the Lorena suites which is four and five. There is a very small elevator that fits two people that will take you up there. Be sure to close the door because you will reap havoc from the facility manager. The facility manager and the housekeeper speak very little broken English. Communication is very demanding. Anytime something is not right. You will get via WhatsApp messages from the manager in bold print, not very nice. She is very aggressive. They insist that you leave your room so it can be cleaned. That means from 10:45 to 1 PM they do not want you in the room . If you try to skip the room cleaning, you still get interrupted to give your trash to them. They will only give you one towel and one washcloth and one hand towel daily. You will have to pay a five euros per day per stay for city taxes. Also, when we booked our room, it was suppose to include breakfast. It does not! They do offer breakfast for €16 per day per person plus tax.
