Such a nice property wish we had stayed longer. 5 star on a budget with awesome breakfast

The room did not have a heater. The hot water in the tap was not hot enough, mostly lukewarm. We even complained about this but the staff did nothing. The breakfast was okay but with limited items. It smelled like garbage near the breakfast area.

We loved staying there. So peaceful and beautiful upscale farm style house. Breakfast was good. Close driving distance to Pisa tower. Can’t wait to comeback to stay for a longer time.

Quiet hotel outside the city

A good option if we want to visit Pisa by car or have an early flight. Lots of free on site parking and close to the city centre. The restaurant was closed unfortunately.

One night stay on our way back to the airport Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Pisa not really walkable into Pisa you would need a car but very comfortable and excellent restaurant

Good value for money and decent breakfast

Lovely property, really nice rooms, clean and quiet. Little bit out of town, with a decent bus connection and parking available. Access by foot isnt great from the bus stop, there is no footpath and very little room to walk (had to walk partially on the main road in some cases) but its a very short walk, approx 5mins. Overall great stay and nice free continental breakfast (with scrambled eggs)

This review is for the hotel. I did not eat at the restaurant. The hotel is outstanding. The rooms seem to have been recently renovated, were super clean, and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to be out in the middle of nowhere, but in reality it's only about a five minute drive to the center of Pisa. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I liked everything about the property. The location is perfect for visiting the tower. Our flight was delayed and the staff stayed so that we could check in after closing time. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is an old farm house and is very unique. The breakfast was amazing.
