The room was clean! The cleaning lady who does daily cleanings did a fantastic job. Rooms smelt nice, and everything was neatly presented and organized.
Staff were the best. On Friday i locked myself out of the bathroom, and the guy at the front desk took a screwdriver and opened it for me.
Then, on Sunday morning, I had issues with the bathroom and toilet. I notified the guy at the front again, and he made sure to get a plumber (he called multiple plumbers until he could get one to come). The plumber pulled out a TON of wet wipes (from a previous guest). I had to go, but the guy assured me everything would be cleaned up for me on my return (and to note, not once did he assume it was me or was he upset at me, he remained very calm and helpful).
Parking was always available for me, and they were always respectful in letting me know where I can and can’t park!
Great rooms, amazing staff, affordable (very, especially since the LACC was only 20 minutes away). 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
