Very limited breakfast options and housekeeping were bothered when we asked them to clean our room. Nice location though

Perfect for a one or two night stay. The property was clean and basic. Parking is limited but overall, a good experience. I would book again for a short stay.

It was convenient

The lobby had random insects throughout, which should have been a sign but we decided to look at our room. The moment we walked in I opened up the bathroom and there was a cockroach crawling in it. We took a photo, walked out and checked out immediately. We paid almost $400 for the room, this is unacceptable, I would be ok with the disrespect if we paid $50 a night.

Would have been $50/night cheaper through Google Maps. Bathroom faucet was loose. AC worked great. TV remote barely worked. Bed by FAR was the worst I've ever slept in. Was put on the basement floor next to the dining area so it was incredibly noisy every morning. Only a few blocks to walk to a major subway line and Lyft and DoorDash find the hotel easily.

Good for the value of the money you pay.

I booked this hotel because it was close to Industry City, where I needed to be. It was less than a 10 minute walk. Although our room was small, both the bathroom and room were very clean. In previous reviews I read before booking, many visitors complained about the complimentary breakfast stating that the food was stale, so I was expecting the worst. The breakfast was just okay, but we found what to eat and the make your own waffles saved the day. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to travel to Industry City again.

The room had old chipped furniture, no outlets to charge my phone except the bathroom No.body wash .lamps that didn't work It was.very noisy. And the breakfast was muffins and stale looking bagels. I would never stay there again. It is not worth the money that they charge. My stay was horrible 😩.
