Our stay at the Fairmont was really nice and the staff was so heloful and polite. Our room was very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Amman. The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. I especially want to thank Malaak at the reception desk for being so kind, professional and was incredibly welcoming and made my check-in process seamless. I will definitely be back

Very nice hotel

Beautiful, luxurious hotel—clean, comfortable, and friendly/helpful staff. None better. Highly recommend!

The bed, pillows, and sheets smelled like burnt cooking oil. The safe wasn’t working. They forgot a greeting card they left for the guest before me, next to the fruit and pastry which game me the impression they didn’t clean the room well. I told the receptionist to book me a none smoking room which is something I already mentioned in my online booking but when her manager she noticed the booking the receptionist made was a smoking room so instead of apologizing and correcting the error, the manager judged me by saying: are you booking a smoking room in Ramada! And she gave a stupid look! The manager told the receptionist to explain to me the benefits that come with my reservation but no one explained anything to me. The receptionist was only interested in explaining her Ramadan routine of sleeping, eating, and watching TV with her mom.

I had a five day stay in the Fairmont Amman and enjoyed it very much. The perfect hotel for a city break in Amman. I loved my room, layout, finish, lighting and view. The public spaces were very nicely designed. My check in was very pleasant after a long trip and later in the evening, the gentlemen could not have been more friendly. The food at breakfast, in the restaurant and room service was very good. To get to the sites in the city I used Uber for transport which was cheap and efficient, but always nice to get back to the hotel at the end of the day.
