The property was not represented accurately. It was made to seem.like a resort, nothing was open, cash was the only acceptable payment, which made things difficult. The room was not clean and bugs are a problem. The room and all the appliances need to be cleaned. On arrival the television volume was elevated and it made it seem like someone was already inside. I was nervous to open the door. A more accurate description of the unit should be portrayed and more information about the amenities.

Check-in was a mightmare! I booked 2 separate rooms for my brothers and their families for our reunion. They were required to send photos of IDs via viber. Problem #1 , my brothers did not have viber so l had to send the requirements by email. We had to wait before the QR codes were sent which was after 9pm. Problem#2, one of my sister-in-law did not have her ID with her so she was not allowed access to the pool. No consideration was given that she had to accomoany her 8-year old child to the pool. The family checked out without enjoying the wave pool which was the reason why I chose this property aa their accommodation. AZURE Urban Resort needs to improve their customer service. Simplify your process to facilitate customer check-in and weed out the rouge agents in the lobby who are peddling help to cancel reservations abd rebook stay for a price.

We were unable to get in contact with the host so we’re not able to get into the room! Had to find other accommodation even though we paid for this place already!

Terrible experience. The listing on Expedia is nowhere close to the actual condition of the unit. The unit is very old and poorly maintained. The utensils were rusty, the scissors were too dull to cut anything, the toilet bidet would not shut off properly, and the shower drain was clogged. Check-in was acceptable, although it required some waiting before everything was set up. However, the check-out process was very inconvenient. They require a staff member to sign a release form before check-out can be completed. I requested a 9:45 AM check-out time, and the representative I was speaking with (Kyla) agreed. At 10:00 AM, I followed up to ask where the staff member who needed to sign the form was. She repeatedly said that the staff was on the way but could not provide an exact ETA. Later she said the staff would arrive at 10:30 AM, but the person only arrived at 10:50 AM. This was more than an hour past the agreed check-out time. It was very unacceptable that we were made to wait inside the unit for over an hour when we could have planned our time better if they had provided an accurate ETA. Overall the main concern here is their Expedia posting and the actual unit. Modern unit based on the posting, while the unit provided is a completely an old condo, which requires maintenance, reno, and replacement of the kitchenwares

I think the clean room stood out..

The room was beyond expectation. Clean and modern. Kitchen basic needs were met. The agent that took care of my stay was very communicative and precise on what was needed for a smooth flow. I didn’t follow her requirements to get set up (submitting pictures of our ID on line) which turned out to be a night mare for us to proceed with checking in. I just found that specific procedure weird. But not at all Mayra’s fault. Traffic was crazy right outside our building. If you allow more time than usual when you commute, maybe it will,be less stressful. The building was properly maintained. Nice feature of the man made beach and nice view from our room.

Rooms were great, the area is really nice. The security and in fact the entire checking in and out process, felt like going into a maximum security prison! Their attitude was very abrupt. Other than the gestapo, the place was great for a cheap city stay

It was a tough go at the start with trying to pay for the room. They didn’t go through Expedia to charge my card, instead they wanted G-cash (their type of payment) and I have arrived late and didn’t get into my room right away because of the payment. It was a whole ordeal to get it sorted but then it was great after that.
