Bed is old, my husband fell on the side of bed because the side of bed is falling, they put together the bed closer together They dont clean shower everyday, you can see the white stain of soaps at shower room I asked for a coffee creamer on our 3rd night and 4th night but never came. Outdoor pool there is a frog swimming at night on our first night, so my daughter never go to the pool because she’s feeling scared and yucky. Breakfast longanisa is so dry. The only good is the fried rice i can give 10/10 The room is old, the floor is moving, I looked under the carpet and it is a broken tile , they just laid down the carpet to cover. There are some mosquitoes inside the room, they bit my daughters elbow, back and legs, they bit the back of my left leg and it turned up cellulitis, The staff are fine but after 3 days they never help us carry our things anymore. This is not the kind of hotel im expecting, its so expensive, i add few thousands of pesos for my daughter. Very bad experience. No way i can recommend this hotel. You are down.

We had an amazing experience at Bellagio Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were even very accommodating when we had visitors, which meant a lot to us. The food at the restaurant was excellent—we ended up dining there the entire time because everything was so good and convenient. One of our favorite moments was relaxing by the pool and enjoying the breathtaking lake view. To top it all off, they also arrange sand dune tours with pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel, which made everything so easy. Truly a hidden gem in Ilocos—highly recommended!

Bed was so bad. The door is uneven. The sink is chipped. Pillow is too flat

We had a lovely one-week stay at Bellagio Hills Resort in Paoay. The place has a cozy, bed-and-breakfast feel, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Miranda, the property manager, was wonderful—attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. The entire team went above and beyond, and everyone we encountered was consistently kind and pleasant.

We had a relaxing stay at the hotel. We commend the staff for their excellent customer service. They went all out to meet our needs and requests - from the front desk, to the bar and pool staff, and the kitchen and room staff, as well as grounds and security staff. Well done! Expect a return stay from us!

employees are so great

Pictures of the rooms looked nicer and bigger than the actual rooms. Furnitures were a bit outdated. We had to add a standard room that was a little pricey. But I liked the quietness of the area. We had breakfast on our last day and the food and coffee were delicious. The staff is friendly.
