This place is very unique and almost a little time capsule. It was a fun, different stay and was very homey. Richard was super nice and helpful and the bar was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This beautiful historic B&B was a joy to stay at. The breakfast was so delicious and had a great variety of items to choose from. I was especially impressed that with son with allergies to nuts, soy and dairy was able to eat the breakfast!

Beautiful historical venue, very classy and tastefully decorated. Owner was very kind, personable, and immediately responsive, as well as extremely knowledgeable about the area and helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do. Chef's gourmet breakfast was AWESOME! Excellent accommodations and a great base for exploring Galveston Island.

A wonderful stay from start to finish! We were so well looked after by Richard the owner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and generous of his time spent with guests. The breakfast cooked from scratch each day by Logan was absolutely wonderful. We have never experienced service and hospitality like it! The location of the hotel is just perfect for visiting both the historic district and the seawall area. And to top it all off, Richard himself drove us to the port to join our cruise ship at the end of our 3 day stay.
A wonderful first impression of Galveston hospitality - can't recommend The Lasker Inn highly enough!

Gorgeous property! We only stayed one night before our cruise, but wish to have been able to stay longer. Richard welcomed us and showed us the house and our room. Beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was prepared with care by the Chef, savory and sweet options. Definitely planning to stay again.
