Great rooftop bar, rooms are very nice, good hotel

Loved staying here. Close to Pikes Market and rooftop bar is sweet

We had a reservation for city view, we even called the day before to confirm. We got two rooms facing a PARKING garage. It was awful, it was so dark and constant beeps from the gate at the garage. Absolutely ridiculous for the price. I have never had such a horrible view, and when we talked to the staff they shrugged their shoulders. When we checked out, not only was there no mention of the discrepancy, they did not even ask how the stay was!!!!! Staff absolutely does not care. When we got to our rooms, the Air conditioner was broken and had to switch rooms, and they still did not give us the room we paid for. Such a disappointing stay.

The Charter Hotel was an excellent choice for our brief stay in Seattle prior to our departure for a cruise. The location was ideal for exploring the neighborhood. The area is very walkable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The entire hotel was extremely welcoming. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Room was ok, definitely a dirty area of Seattle, with dirt city views

This hotel was beautiful and was situated right in the middle of so many restaurants and activities. The room was so comfortable and spacious. The valet parking was always on top of getting our car and the staff was top notch.

The side of the sink had molds. The room they gave us had the view of the public garage.

Great hotel, large rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Nice sauna and steam room in the gym area that are free to use. Short walk to Pike's Place Market. Restaurant on the top floor with views of the water and great food.

Great staff and perfect location. The parking was a little confusing, but we figured it out.
