Horrible experience. The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no customer support—calls to the front desk went unanswered, even when I needed help with my bags and was on a tight schedule. I almost missed my flight because of their lack of responsiveness. Basic requests like getting towels were ignored, and once they opened the room door on arrival, it felt like you were completely on your own for the rest of the stay. No one was available when needed, and there was zero follow-up or care. Definitely not the level of service expected from a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Terrible experience.Ruined my vacation.Traveled with a child.The room looks completely different from the beautiful pictures that they advertise.Run out the property the same minute I walked in(mold and stinky smell).There is a steep slippery stairs to the apartment.Total hazard for the life.It’s not really a hotel,but apartments that they have all over the oia,no reception.Communication just through whatsup.I told the guy I can’t stay at this room I got my throat scratched ,he promised me to come in 5 minutes and never showed up.I was left in a parking in hot weather .I contacted him again and asked for refund he said you already been inside and we can’t refund you.I explained that I left this place immediately.The worst part is that Expedia don’t protect your rights because they are partners with them,and don’t care if you travel 7seas to see this nightmare for your hard earned money.Very overpriced for that kind of rundown place. I thought I am getting luxury place.Very disappointed.

The property is beautiful and the cleaning ladies are the most helpful. Kripa and Srijana were thankfully on the property and were able to help us check in. They were so sweet and welcoming. We didn’t meet the front office guy until 30 minutes before check out letting us know that the next clients had arrived. We tried calling the number to check in but no one answered as there is no front desk on the property. Other than issues with communication the rest of the trip was great. The room was wonderful and the views were one of the best on the island.

Wonderful stay

When you check in you have to wait for them to pick you up which can take some time. You also have to be there at a certain time if not they leave for the day. To communicate with them you have to send a text and they take about a day to respond. The worse part was that one night was canceled due to the weather in the island, which is out of my control and they refused to refund me for that extra night.

Pool was perfect for the view.

The location of the property is perfect, right next to and above the 3 blue domes whose spectacular view can be enjoyed from the balcony and from the hot tub inside. The hosts were very friendly and kept continuous communication, arranging reasonably priced transfers and recommending good local restaurants.

The only reason i'd like it is because it's in front of the 2 domes otherwise it's not good. Property is old.

Wow! The BEST spot in Oia. Santorini. Also, Deepak is so helpful👍

Only thing I didn't like was the policy to not change the towels daily.
