I booked this room on short notice and was very pleased with cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and quiet, homey, neighborhood atmosphere. It was also very conveniently located close to the Venice airport (VCE).

Emplacement idéal pour rejoindre l’aéroport avec stationnement gratuit sur place. Il y a du thé et du café instantané disponible ainsi que des petites collations. Nous sommes arrivés vers 16:00 et on a rejoint Venise avec l’autobus qui passe à tout le 20 minutes et qui coute €1.50. Très pratique pour une visite de dernière minute. L’unique point négatif est l’air climatisé presque inexistant en cette journée très chaude.

We booked Ca’Nadia just to have a place to rest between our 10 AM checkout and our 6 AM flight to Madrid — and it ended up being one of the best decisions of our trip. Check-in wasn’t supposed to be until 4 PM, but they graciously allowed us to check in FOUR hours early. After traveling, that kindness meant everything. Roberto went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They booked our early morning taxi to the airport, gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. It truly felt personal. The room? Absolutely incredible. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, and far beyond what we expected for the price. Speaking of price — the value is unbelievable. You get so much more than what you pay for. If you’re visiting Venice and want a place that feels welcoming, helpful, and worth every penny — Ca’Nadia is it. Five stars isn’t enough. Thank you so much Hector & Amanda Arraez ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such a pleasurable experience! Roberto the host is the nicest, very attentive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely, very clean and with everything you need. Campalto is so quiet too! You have a closeby bus stop that takes you into Venice in 15 minutes. Just perfect and would highly recommend Ca’ Nadia. Grazie Roberto!

We arrived late from the airport (11 PM) and called the owner for check-in. The room was spacious and clean, and there was free parking available inside the property.
