매우 훌륭해요 The property manager Mohamed was excellent. Our check in was very smooth, room was exactly what we booked, with breathtaking sunset view. Everything - restaurants, shopping, clubs, activity pick up spots etc is only few steps away. Mohamed was very helpful in booking rental cars, spa, dine in reservations with great value for money. Thank you Mohamed.

Great location with amazing Caldera views. Close to everything in Fira. We had an amazing host Danae she was super helpful gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do and local restaurants. We had a fabulous time!

The property was excellent and was in the perfect location with everything within 50-100 metres. The view was also incredible and my stay was made even better by Danae’s hospitality. She was available for support whenever required and ensured my stay didn’t lack anything. I highly recommend this place!

만족해요 Room and bathroom had no ventilation. Someone’s hair was in jacuzzi water. whole room was humid. Restorant kitchen stuff could see inside of my bathroom. They were working in electrical boxes in between

The property is in a great location, but there are a few things that should have been mentioned in the listing. It’s located directly under a restaurant, and the balcony view is partially blocked by a chimney from another nearby restaurant, which affects the experience. The host is very kind and always willing to help, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing — both the jacuzzi and the room were not properly cleaned. Positive points: great location and beautiful view.
Negative points: poor cleanliness, and the listing should show that the property is located under a restaurant and that there’s a chimney blocking part of the balcony view.

The location is great but the staff is dishonest. Take your business elsewhere. During our stay, not surprisingly, a guest attacked the staff because he also was fed up with dealing with dishonest staff at this property.

매우 훌륭해요 Incredible views of the caldera. No reception, but very responsive support via Whatsapp. Highly recommend, I would definitely return in the future.
