만족해요 The hotel did not have hot running water. Also the rooms needed some maintenance to bring it up to standard.

그저 그래요 El desayuno estuvo bueno, pocas opciones pero bueno lo que había, la piscina no estaba disponible y fue la razón por la cual escogimos esta estadía, se fue la energía varias veces y el aire se apagaba.

그저 그래요 The climate control in the lobby was inadequate. There were only two small vertical air-conditioning units, which were not sufficient to cool the space, especially in a city where temperatures remain around 80°F with 100% humidity throughout the day.
The corridors leading to the rooms were hot and had little to no ventilation. During a rainstorm, one of the elevators had to be taken out of service because of a water leak.
On a positive note, the bedroom was clean, and the air conditioning in the room worked well overnight.
