No lift facility

I checked in last night, March 21st 2026 and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The hostel itself has potential, and I honestly would have given it 5 stars based on the facilities and location alone. However, my stay was overshadowed by one staff member who was extremely rude and unwelcoming. From the moment I arrived, their attitude was cold, uninterested, and honestly quite off-putting. There was no sense of hospitality at all—no greeting, no effort to make me feel comfortable, just a dismissive and unfriendly demeanor. After a long day of traveling, that kind of reception really leaves a bad impression. It’s a shame because everything else seemed fine, but staff attitude matters a lot in hospitality. I hope management addresses this, because with better service, this place could easily be excellent.

The hostel is located about a 5 mins walk from Don Mueang station and maybe another 5 for the airport. Not many shops, but lots of eateries close by. It takes about 40-60 minutes to get into central Bangkok depending where you want to go. Check-in was quick and straightforward, with the staff explaining the rules. The dorm was on the 4th floor. There’s no lift and the 4 flights of steps are steep. The dorm had 12 beds, each had a private locker and the hotel also provided the padlock. The lockers could fit large backpacks or medium sized suitcases. The cubicle had a privacy curtain, a private light and 2 electric sockets. The mattress was very firm, but I'm fine with that. There was a thick duvet and I slept well even with the AC set to 20. There are separate bathrooms for boys and girls. The one for boys had 2 showers, 2 toilets, 3 wash basins and 2 hair dryers. The showers were equipped with liquid soap and shampoo. There wasn’t much ventilation in the bathroom except for a fan and only if it's switched on. The toilets were clean and the showers were clean enough. There's coffee, water, cutlery and biscuits on the ground floor common area., which also has AC. There's WiFi throughout the hotel, it's fast and reliable. Overall I had a very good stay. The place is clean and the proximity to the airport makes it great for a morning flight out. The stairs and showers are my only complaint, but for the price there isn’t much to complain about.

For a quick one night stay is fine. Was quite surprise the room at 2nd floor does not come with locker. Hence, have to just hug them and sleep.

Compact size of room but cozy. (Private room with bigbed). Not so far from convenience stores and restaurant. But it's not that close to Don Muang Airport if you wish to walk there. Possible to get taxi or motorbike taxi. (About 100 THB++ for taxi)

The room is quite small and not clean, bathroom is quite dirty, the staffs were not friendly.

I could keep my luggage after I checked out. It was good for me. The hotel worker was kind. When it rained and I was stranded, he called a taxi for me.

Room was pretty small but overall a pleasant stay. Privacy was not the best but for the price it’s not bad!

Cheap price within walking distance of DMK airport but I had a tiny windowless room up three flights of stairs. 'Breakfast' is included but is basically toast and instant coffee. Nice decor.
