I arrived early in the Philippines and booked this unit for the previous night to ensure I could check in right away. Unfortunately, I was immediately met with a heavy cockroach infestation throughout the kitchen area. I contacted the host right away, but it took several hours to receive a response. Due to the unsanitary conditions and strong, unpleasant odor, I could not stay in the unit and made alternative hotel arrangements. When the host finally responded, they acknowledged the presence of cockroaches and stated the issue had been addressed. However, this raises the question of why the unit was not properly treated prior to my arrival. Despite their claim of regular pest control, the extent of the infestation—including cockroaches behind light switches—suggests a deeper, unresolved problem. I had originally booked a 17-day stay and requested a partial refund, which was denied. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property unless they are comfortable dealing with unpleasant odors and pest issues.

The room is clean, had everything we needed, and the host is very accommodating.

Checking in was a nightmare, I was given the run around. Doorman / front desk staff didn’t even know what Gemstone was

I have been to many countries in the world and stayed at multiple places both budget and luxury. I have never seen a place like this which charges you for everything. for the swimming pool, for the table tennis, for the pool table game . Nothing is included with the room price. NOTHING! I dont understand what does amenities mean then’? NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE

Who ever is answering the phone when called is rude and disrespectful. Will not answer questiins and will hand the phone up on you when attempting to resolve an issue. The person answering emails on the other hand is decent with a response and follows up to make sure an issue is resloved.

Of the unit was clean, but I was quite disappointed that I had been given the impression it had Netflix and it had absolutely nothing at all basically a very nice TV with nothing to watch but YouTube. But the unit was clean and it has a fairly good location overall on a five stars that probably give it 3.5

Over all, I had enjoy my stay. It is comfortable and accessible.

Unfortunately the room was much smaller then expected. The showerhad mold and cockroaches see photos. Also, the futon bed was broken prior to our arrival and an attempted repair with plastic bags tying the pull out portion of the bed. Overall poor maintenance and very disappointed wouldn't recommend this to anyone and doesn't meet the standards of the building the room space occupies.
