만족해요 The mattress was too hard for my back, I mentioned at the reception in the morning but they claimed that I didn’t tell them at the time ( lmidnight or early hours!) and won’t offer me any complimentary to support stay.

훌륭해요 Lovely hotel in great location.
Difficult to find as there is no NOVOTEL sign on the front, just a large N.
Parking was not easy to find either,

매우 훌륭해요 Good except no drinking water in room. Had to take bottle down the hallway in the middle of the night to get water. Note said it was because it was more eco friendly, not having plastic bottles etc. however water could have been put in the room in the glass bottle before arrival. Very hot weather and not having anything to drink in room wasn’t great.

만족해요 Excellent location, small but pleasant pool. Gym is poorly equipped though. Rooms are small but well designed and comfortable. Parking at 21 euros is expensive. Breakfast is ok but also a little expensive.
Overall, ok and convenient rather than memorable.

We were at Rouen during red alert week, and we were grateful for the air conditioning. Because we booked our room with Expedia, they gave us the worst room possible, we share a wall with a service elevator and the central air unit was on our ceiling. Our AC worked but it was really loud 24/7.

매우 훌륭해요 This was a great place to stay in Rouen. Right across the street from the Seine. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and bars. The gym and pool were well kept up. I wished I had brought my swimsuit. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was great.

Sink was clogged, and though a new property it felt a bit dated.
Bed is a poor memory foam that's not the best comfort.
Breakfast was relatively poor.
Noisy location right above a busy Boulevard, and no real view of the river due to trees so don't factor that. View is very industrial anyway.
Close to old town, the church, and great restaurants.
Overall a good location, but mediocre amenities.
