Everything was great. Our food experience was a little underwhelming but we found that to be true all over Sapa as well as Hanoi. Still a wonderful relaxing stay aj&K with a beautiful room, sensational location and helpful friendly staff. We weren’t totally enamoured with the house cat and dogs wandering around and under our table while eating.

The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly.

This place is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We came and the weather was not great and they kept us up to date with the weather at the top of fransipan. They did everything they could to help us enjoy a very wet stay. Food in the evening was delicious along with the breakfast. We left having not been able to visit fransipan. Only to receive a WhatsApp to lets us k ow the weather was better 4 days later. We then came back to visit just for the day and had to come say hello to them. Hannah was particularly helpful and would go above aand beyond for her guest. Great find!

The view was amazing, the staff was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to be accommodating. The breakfast that was included was also delicious and we had dinner at the home stay one night which was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone

No hot water and kitchen utensils for a Homestay.

JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!

"Location is very nice. Nice walking area. Stunning view from the room. The view from the terrace was great. Staff speak English so it was easy communication. The homestay and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is great, very kind, helpful and reliable. Fast washing service. And advice of tours and things to do around. There are a lot of insect so you should close window and doors when go out"

It's very nice and everything, really worth the money I spent. Bungalow was excellent and view was spectacular. My son was very happy with the homestay restaurant. The swimming pool is great and beautiful rose garden. Staff is helpful, friendly and polite. Beds are comfortable and on breakfast tables everybody find a lot to eat.When ever we are in Sapa we will stay here again. I recommend it sincerely.
