만족해요 Property pros and cons:
Pros- location is great, It’s always clean, nicely decor, good size bathroom, comfortable clean bed, and great view (if you get the corner studio)
Cons- little loud since it’s next to main road, expensive parking fees if parked in front, sink water control was always hot (extremely hot!, Uber pick up can take more time due to one way street, expensive $100 per guests visitor fees!!!
***warning!!…My Biggest complaint: I wish I was inform prior that there be a visitor guests fee booking from Expedia. I had my personal barber came to give me a hair fur and a friend to visit for couple hours (not sex worker) before our dinner meet up with our business group and the gentleman worked front counter charged me $100 USD fee which is ridiculous!!!! ***

This hotel is located in the area with a lot of restaurants, everything is walkable, and they have a café directly in the hotel that has great pastries, sweets and coffee. If you get a room here, I would recommend getting a high floor. I was on floor 12 and the view was amazing.

Not sure where to start, but my stay at Urbit was great. Very well located close to great restaurants. Staff friendly and spoke English since my Spanish wasn’t the best. Breakfast was awesome. Love the fresh fruit and juices. The view from my room was amazing. I’m certainly coming back. I definitely recommend Urbit if you’re coming to visit Medellin.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l’hôtel Urbit social lofts ! Le service était vraiment excellent, la chambre était encore mieux que nos attentes et que dire du restaurant de déjeuner au Roof top qui était magnifique avec un beau choix de déjeuner ! De plus, l’hôtel est situé à côté de tous les bons restaurants de Laureles qui est parmi les meilleurs quartier de Medellin! Je recommande à tous !

La visita fue para vacaciones, la ubicación es excelente tienen todo muy cerca. Los desayunos muy completos. La atención de los empleados es excelente y ofrecen buenas recomendaciones el sistema de luz excelente la habitación muy limpia
